Before any work begins with Primer Business Solutions, we first complete a Discovery Session to identify the best solutions we can offer you to enhance your organizations operations. The discovery session is broken down into three segments:

Goals and Team Dynamics
Our consultants establish targets and goals with management to outline specific objectives for enhancing the team’s productivity. We then meet with the team as a whole and discuss general operations to get an understanding of what responsibility each member of the team carries. In this stage we identify which team members will play a critical role in achieving the team’s goals.
Analyze
Areas to Improve
In an individual one on one meeting we identify specific segments of the team member’s activities which can be enhanced through: software, workflow, or training solutions to optimize the team member’s productivity.
Optimize
Solutions for Productivity
Once the goals for the team have been elicited and the activities that require enhancement for the team to meet their goals, Primer Business Solutions generate solutions to optimize how the team performs their activities. |
